Panthers Baseball Sponsorship Opportunity
Dear Prospective DPHS Panthers Baseball Sponsor,
Dr. Phillips High School has been a staple of the community for the past 39 years and has played an integral part in the education, development, and achievement of the area’s local youth. The school’s baseball team has been a part of this local resource from the start and has been one of the top high school baseball programs in the state!
This Spring marks the second year of the baseball program for the teams new head coach, Coach Logan Blum, who played here locally at the University of Central Florida and is extremely excited to develop the athletes and bring back the long-standing tradition of success that our baseball program has achieved which include several regional, district and metro titles, and a state championship! The baseball program has also been able to provide opportunities to many players to continue to play the game in college and the MLB and includes names like Johnny Damon (Red Sox), A.J. Pierzynski (White Sox), Chris Wilkes (Padres), Kasey Pressley (Cubs), and Dan Miceli (Royals). We are also extremely proud of Oliver Marmol, who is the youngest manager of an MLB team, the St Louis Cardinals!
The success the Panthers’ Baseball Program continues to attain, is largely dependent upon the support it receives from our community and local businesses. There are a wide variety of ways that you can help support the team one of the easiest and most helpful ways to do this is by becoming a Panthers Baseball Team Field Sponsor! 100% of the money the Dr. Phillips Sports Foundation raises through field sponsorships goes directly to supporting the DPHS baseball program.
The Dr. Phillips Sports Foundation is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization and allows donations and contributions to be listed as such on your companies’ taxes. There are multiple levels of sponsorships, including some that will give our sponsors a company banner that will be displayed at our field for the entire school year and placement of their logo and link to their website on the team’s website, www.dphsbaseball.com! Sponsorship packages also include an announcement and recognition at our team’s home games.
